Siting / Location
The AETechnique Group will analyze the client’s proposed site and make recommendations based on considerations often overlooked or understated by less experienced providers. Planning / Scheduling
The AETechnique Group project teams work closely with the client and his architect(s) to ensure optimal phasing and sequencing of design and construction activities to expedite project completion.
Budgeting / Preliminary Cost Projections
The AETechnique Group will consult our extensive cost database for similar work completed, together with the client’s input and conceptual architectural documents, to develop a realistic assessment of project ”actual cost to construct” from which the client can establish well-informed budgets. Cash flow analysis is then undertaken to assist the client in identifying budget requirements and associated “cost of operation” projections.
Estimating
The AETechnique Group provides ongoing accurate, updated estimates at key document stages, enabling the Project Team to make necessary adjustments to assure the project remains on time and within budget.
